Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship which uses a proven
method for taking you through a process of self-discovery. Through
this process you will gain the clarity and focus needed to quickly
achieve fulfilling personal and professional goals with more grace and
ease than otherwise possible. My practice is based on two main
beliefs. First, that each person is the true source for all the wisdom
and answers they need in life. Second, that what we focus on expands
(as explained in The Secret). I
will ask powerful questions in a safe confidential environment that
will allow you to deeply explore your own inner-wisdom. Together we
will discover your strengths and bring them forward to create the life
you choose to live.
What would that life look like for you? As a way of introducing you to my style of coaching, I offer two types of complimentary sessions.
These sessions are perfect for someone who already has some form of spiritual practice, or a desire to create one. I will help you deepen your spiritual practice and come into greater alignment with your life's purpose. By increasing your self-awareness, you can create and maintain healthier habits leading to a more fulfilling life and the inner-peace you deserve. Empowerment Coaching - Taking The Next Step These sessions are designed for anyone who has
experienced a significant life challenge that has thrown them "off
track", and who would like to regain their personal power. An example
might be addiction, life-threatening illness, divorce, or unwanted
career change.
This work focuses on shifting you into a place of
self-empowerment by helping you gain greater acceptance and peace.
With these sessions, you will be more aware of your thoughts, feelings
and emotions each moment ("being in the present"). You will once again
feel inspired and realize your goals, your life's purpose and, your
