We are not our thoughts... 
   We are not our feelings... 
      We are not our bodies...
         We are so much more...


As spiritual beings attending this school called life, class is in session every moment of the day. When we're born, we’re innocent. We have enough energy, courage, and love to fill many life-times.  As we mature we develop a view of how we should be instead of remembering how to honor who we are. These "shoulds" and "should-nots" become blocks and masks. They steer us from our dreams and self-expression and take us toward confusion and indecision.  The most wonderful gift you can give the world is to remember your strength, your spirit, and your beauty.
